1. General Policy
All payments made to NCCew are considered final. We do not offer refunds for services that have been rendered, initiated, or delivered, including strategy planning, campaign execution, or consultations.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable for the following:

Social media management and content creation services

SEO and paid advertising campaigns

Website design and development once work has begun

Digital strategy sessions and consulting services

Monthly retainers or subscription-based services (once the billing cycle starts)
3. Cancellations
Clients may cancel ongoing services with a written notice of 7 days before the next billing cycle. If cancellation occurs mid-cycle, services will continue until the end of that period, and no partial refunds will be issued.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the following rare cases:

Payment was charged more than once in error

A service was paid for but not delivered due to internal issues

Duplicate transactions or accidental purchases (reported within 24 hours)
In such cases, a full or partial refund may be processed after verification, within 7–14 business days.
