NCCew provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising

  • Content creation

  • Email marketing

  • Website development and consulting

All services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal and are subject to these Terms.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information needed for service execution

  • Make timely payments as per agreed billing terms

  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines

  • Comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement

4. Intellectual Property

  • All original content created by NCCew (graphics, copy, strategies) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received

  • Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables will transfer to the client

  • Pre-existing assets (templates, tools, software) remain the property of NCCew

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to: business strategies, data, and login credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

NCCew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the past 30 days.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. In case of termination:

  • The client is responsible for payment for work completed to date

  • All incomplete work and access will be discontinued

  • NCCew may retain all intellectual property until payments are cleared

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State].
